CC Inventories offer an impartial and professional inventory service tailored for Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants, covering areas across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, with a background spanning more than two decades in the property industry we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

We understand that safeguarding your asset is your top priority whether you’re a letting agent, private landlord or a tenant seeking the return of your deposit, we ensure all of our work is carried out to the highest standards possible.

We offer thorough check-in, check-out and interim inspection reports using advanced photo technology to minimise deposit disputes. Furthermore, this technology facilitates the capture of electronic signatures from tenants.

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Saturday from 9am - 6pm, however we understand the unique needs of tenants and landlords, and we are flexible to accommodate appointments outside of these hours, subject to availability. 

Inventory Services

A comprehensive inventory of a property when a tenant moves in is crucial for several reasons:
